Not my fave of Ted’s short works, but hey, it was three pages long.

Notes: ooft. not particularly great. Written boringly, and too short to make a lasting impact with the form. I'm legitimately not sure what to make of this. This is the kinda scifi that doesn't really set my mind ablaze. Maybe I'll get it someday; was only three pages.

Short article-style summary of divergence between meta-human geniuses and good old-fashioned people. This single novum has changed communication, parenting styles and restricted new discoveries only to the higher intelligence group.
