This audiobook is a collection of two sweet holiday themed romances. No super high stress or angst, minimal miscommunication, and an HEA guaranteed for both stories.

The first story involves a romantic train ride for the FMC after a sudden break up. Nothing worse than being the third wheel for a whole train! But she finds friendship, great chess matches, and love on the way. And a dramatic snowball attack to boot!

The second story is a second chance romance. After breaking her heart during his college years, the MMC has an opportunity to apologize and appropriately grovel. The FMC is jaded and rightly suspicious, but a tractor, meddling mother, and a picnic lead to a sweet ending.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the ARC of this audiobook. All opinions are my own.

Snowy Serendipity is a two-novella set from Melissa Ferguson that will help you feel ALL the holiday cheer.
The first novella, Dashing through the Snow, was such a win for me. I loved the characters and the idea of a two-week holiday train trip. While the FMC was a bit wishy-washy for me, considering she just got out of a seven-year-long relationship, I can't help but think the situation of a holiday train ride would get me in the romantic mood too.
The second novella was such a miss for me. It did not have the same holiday cheer, and the male main character was perhaps too grinchy, not in a good way, either. The second novella is much less in-your-face holly jolly and deals with complex topics that come out, especially during the holidays, like addiction and poverty.
While I appreciate that the two novellas are not overly similar, I do think the second one really missed the mark.

This set of novellas has the same narrator, who is clear and easy to understand. But if you prefer at least two narrators, you will not find that here.

Thank you to NetGalley for allowing me an early read of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own, I do not accept money for reviews.

This was a cute, wintery, Christmas time read. I listened to the audiobook for these two stories, they were way to listen to, it was easy to zone out during, but the stories were sweet.

Of the two stories, I would say only the first one, Dashing Through the Snow, is a Christmas time story. I think in the second one, Pining for You, is just set in December, I didn’t remember any mention of anything Christmas other than just there’s seasonal help on a Christmas tree farm.

I don’t have anything profound to say on either story, but I do recommend these for getting in the Christmas time feels.

Oh what fun it is to read about a one horse open sleigh! Hey! Loved it. Felt like watching a Hallmark holiday only these stories were much better. Definitely a time and a place for this - like while enjoying too rich a hot cocoa with marshmallows while wearing Christmas pajamas. Wholesome as a freaking Christmas card.

A charming, feel-good, kissing only collection of two holiday novellas. I definitely enjoyed the first story best that takes place on a train and has Christmas song chapter titles. The second story wasn't as memorable for me. While the cover was absolutely adorable, as a whole this wasn't a standout for me. Just okay on audio too. If you're a die-hard fan of the author definitely check it out but otherwise this one is passable.

Two cozy, easy holiday themed listens. The first one was better, and more Christmasy in my opinion. While the second one took place at a Christmas tree farm, it didn't really have a lot do with Christmas, whereas the first one was set on the Christmas Express train and involved lots of Christmas activities. I enjoyed listening to both of these and recommend for anyone looking for some quick happy endings to get in the mood for winter! Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the ARC.

Thank you Thomas Nelson and Zoldervan Audio and NetGalley for audio ARC of this book.

This book contains two short stories. What could be more romantic and set a Christmas mood than The Christmas Express and Christmas Tree farm! While listening to this book I was feeling the holiday mood and was ready to unbox my Christmas tree.

Both stories were really sweet and warmed my heart while bringing a smile on my face.

Talon David and Kayla Jackson did an amazing job in narrating. They both portrayed the characters and their moods in a great manner.

Read via Netgalley audio ARC - two Christmas novellas, Dashing Through the Snow & Pining for You. The first was sweet and fun, predictable but enjoyable. The second - I nearly DNF'd and it's not like it was a long story. It dragged and all the characters were so stilted. I really would have just preferred more of the characters on the train, to be honest.
