Well this certainly paints a very different world from the one all readers are all familiar with. In this world Jor-El was the doom of Krypton versus the scientist trying to warn everyone who wouldn’t listen about its impending doom. Not only that, but he was visited by a God of Apokolips who offered them a chance to save their son. But Jor-El saw through that.
