A few good nuggets in this book. The informational section was a bit bland but I actually ended up enjoying the story, even if it was a bit far-fetched. I do wish the website had been kept up. I'd like to look into the HOTS meeting method a bit more as I think it could help my current employer and our team.

I really disliked the beginning half of this book (the purely nonfiction bit). I did not find much of it actionable.

However, I really enjoyed the narrative version! I don’t feel like I learned anything super valuable or practical from this, but I did find myself rooting for Michelle!

There's a lot of great theories in this book. Now to find the resources for the practical application.

A lot of fluff, but worth skimming.

This book looks so cheesy, I'm embarrassed to say I'm reading it.
However, it comes highly recommended from a friend, so I'm going to give a shot.
