Most of this volume is taken up by The Boss Fight between Manji and Shin (with special guest accomplices). It's paced far better than many of the battles we've seen so far. Each character beat felt deserved and intriguing. And unlike most volumes, where a storyline closes but opens up a new one, this volume has a definitive close. SUre, we know there's five more volumes of stories, but several smaller storybeats are walled off that have been ongoing for nearly twenty volumes or more. I'm tempted not to pick up another volume and just pretend that this is the actual end.

I've been waiting for this almost since we met Shira (the dog). It's about bloody (literally in this case) time.
