this is so anime which means it's my flavor of hot garbage hell yeahhHHHHh
No but like seriously, I cannot stress enough how generic and cliche this was. It's just treading old ground for most folks (and extremely old ground for weeaboos), saved only because it's a cute premise and, who knows? It definitely seems like it has the potential to go somewhere cool, though not necessarily somewhere original. I've stanned Johanna the Mad's art for a long time, and I adore her work on this, but it's... not really dynamic enough to make the fencing scenes come to life.
All that being said, of COURSE I'm following the series. Who do you think I am? This is MY GARBAGE.
