Great scientific pieces on how to manage yourself, they are intended for managers & executives but all people could benefit from them.

I highly recommend this book to anyone in leadership or executive positions. It discusses everything from managing silence, constructive feedback, and organizational changes.

Most of the articles are too long. They could make the same point but in a shorter form, which is a pity. The second volume/edition was better. However, some useful insights that are worth keeping!

The content is a series of essays in recent leadership perspectives. It is not bad information but it is also vague and generic. I found it is possible to often imagine the exact opposite of the stated “key factor for leadership” when referring to actual historical leaders. Worth reading but with grains of salt...

Mostly stories of post facto success framed in psychology of everyday life without reference to actual experiments and their validity.
