Overall, this was an amusing classic. I liked all the on-again, off-again relationships. And, that poor butler, he’s the real hero! Maybe I’ll pick up another one of these and listen to the Close Reads podcast.

It starts out kind of funny, but it's too much of the same thing. The plot is a little complicated and I had trouble remembering who said what and who was supposed to marry whom, because the characters are all flat as cardboard.
