I read the first two and the last chapter of this book. What I read did not convince me that the authors fully understood the economic terms they used. My impression is that their solutions only work if every person involved is acting in good faith; this is not the case in large groups of humans.

To my shame, I found myself planning out how I would subvert the utopian Energy Commons the book so eagerly endorses. I'm not nearly as much ashamed of the urge, and I am of how easy it would be.
