And that was a wrap. I didn't love this book, but it was a great time that I had reading it. I mean, the author still holds the secrets until the end and you just don't get the answers for all the questions, maybe he wanted things to be like that (but I didn't okay). But I feel like this book was just so slow at the beginning, it took me a long time to get into the story. And the beginning for me was so boring and tiring to read, but the last 100 pages was really worth it. The series are overall so hilarious, and sad, the writing style is for sure addicting. And Daniel Handler's creative mind made these 13 books to become unique.

I read this because I really enjoyed the Netflix adaptation of the books, and I wanted to know if they ended the same way. I had previously read the start of the series a long time ago, but never made it to the end. A fantastic story, which here means both "imaginative" and "enjoyable". The End was good.

I wasn't ready for the end of this series, and I want more. However, I think it was a good ending. It was less grim than I expected, and had a hopeful tone. This series is definitely on my list of favourites now. It's funny, as a kid I don't think I would have liked it. It would have been too scary/bleak for me, but now I love the sarcasm and dark humour.
Many characters acted unexpectedly in this book, which I liked. The return of past characters was awesome - especially a non-human one. Overall, this was an excellent book! I'd give this book 4.5 stars and round it up.

What an incredible end to The End. I am blown away, and even though I have many questions, I'm satisfied knowing that all the answers are out there in the Great Unknown.

FINALLY! I MADE IT!
I’ve been reading this series for years now and i really just wanted to end with it.
I was a huge fan of the story growing up, so I was dying to read them and was kinda disappointed.
Don’t get me wrong, the books are great and also brilliantly written but just not for me right now.
Regarding The End: I loved the concept! It was strange to me though because it wasn’t how I imagined the end to be like.
Did I get answers? Hell no.
Did I get more questions that probably will never be answer? Yes, definitely.
So, yeah.
This was it.
Thank you Violet, Klaus, Sunny and even Olaf for your stories that accompanied me since I was a kid.
