I enjoyed getting Griffin's point of view in EIDOLON as well as a quick little mystery to solve. In WIDDERSHINS Griffin came across as so confident and outgoing so it was nice to see his more vulnerable side. I'm looking forward to more books with this couple.

This is not a novel-length W+G story. Instead it's some sort of ficlet, an interlude between Widdershins and Treshold. It's written from Griffin's POV which is a nice change (not that I mind 'listening' to Whyborne, quite the contrary), but it's a refreshing new take.

Griffin has the perfect Valentine's day planned for his sweetheart but it wouldn't be a W+G story if supernatural thingies weren't to throw rocks in their path... and of course they get their romantic get-together in the end, although it doesn't go exactly as planned.

It was fun to read, lovely, enjoyable - sweet and hot like spiced wine on a cold day :-)

Great addition from Griffin's POV. Didn't expect him to be such sweet cinnamon roll, afraid of their relationship not lasting because he's not worthy

I loved this short from Griffin's perspective. He always seems so sure of himself but this shows how much he values Whyborne. His little job was creepy but the loving was hot. Great story!

4 star plot, minus a star for the unnecessarily long sex scene it ends on. A fade-to-black or summary would have fit what came before better.

Nice little interlude with the boys. Mysterious too. Will that talisman be back one day?

In this house we love and appreciate creepy Miss Lester. Can’t say this about her pants-shittingly scary grandpa though.

This story also fulfills two topmost requirements of a good romance:

✓ Eldritch horror
✓ Cute gift-exchange

Loved it!
