A bit more backstory for the characters. I love the different artists' approaches. Still dealing with racism and hatred in a brilliant, compelling way that's all too relevant.

I have not read Bitter Root before, and I am sure, after reading this, that this book, good as it was, is not the place to start. I like what appears to be the concept and will seek out issue #1
