Code Name: Disavowed
Jameson Force Security, #8
by Sawyer Bennett
Narrated by Teddy Hamilton and Erin Mallon

I just know when I pick up a book in this series, I am in for a treat. Sawyer Bennett knows how to write romantic suspense with just enough danger and passion to keep me engaged and happy. This 8th book in the Jameson Force Security series is a fun, fast paced listen, and one you will want to add to your collection. Ladd McDermott is an ex-CIA agent who has recently moved to the Pittsburgh office of Jameson Security. Greer Hathaway, Ladd's ex-fiance is in danger, and when Ladd sees this come through the office, he insists on being the one to rescue her. But not only is he going to get her out, but with her being the one who got away, there may just be a second chance on their horizon. The question is will they be up for the challenge? Not only is there passion in the air, but the danger is still lurking back in the states putting not only Ladd and Greer in peril, but Ladd's family as well. Will they be able to stop it before it's too late? Fall in love with Ladd. What a hero! From his amazing skills at work, to his talks with his son, I fell hard and fast. He is attentive and loving, the best combination. Greer is a strong personality and I love her independent streak. She can take care of herself, and I love it Together it's a power couple and one that is only going to benefit this series. Plus we get peeks at our favorites from other books in the series making it a wonderful listen!

Add to that the narration team of Teddy Hamilton and Erin Mallon, and Sawyer Bennett has knocked this one out of the park. Both narrators are so good, finding their rhythm and perfect voice for the characters, keeping the thrills high and the passion hot, I finished this on quickly. I loved it and can't wait for more!

This is a fast-paced, passionate, second chance romantic suspense story with plenty of action, rescues, and bullets flying. But they also have to really delve into their past, deal with past pain, and figure out if there is a chance of starting over...that is if they can both stay alive long enough to get there.

This brings back a lot of the Jameson Force gang and plenty of action. I really liked Ladd and Greer. They were both tough agents but their hearts knew what they had even if their lives were a bit complicated. We got to see growth from past to present and see what an impact they each had on the other. I also loved Ladd and his relationship with his son.

I cannot wait for the next book about Dozer. He has been interesting from the beginning.

As I have stated before each book gets better. In this book it shows how the FBI can really disown one of their own when they become disavowed and when they return home as a private security division saves their agent. Instead of reinstating them they kept them as a Disavowed agent. It brought light to what really and truly can happen.

Wow - just wow. Heart stopping action, heart pounding connections and oh so much spark. When Ladd sees that the woman who is being held captive is not only part of the CIA but also the one woman who destroyed his heart, he immediately accepts the assignment to rescue her. But with the rescue also comes more danger and more time together. Will the old spark still be there? Or will the danger they are in the middle of end their love story before it can begin again? This book deserves more than 5 stars - I literally could not put it down and did not want it to end. Absolutely loved Greer and Ladd!!

We are back with the Jameson Security team….and let me say it feels so good to be back in Philly with this team! Ladd McDermott is a former CIA agent turned agent at Jameson. Ladd is also a single dad. Greer is a CIA agent, and was also Ladd’s first love. When Greer is captured in South America and Jameson is contacted to extract Greer safely, Ladd knows he has to be the one to do it.
Once you start this book you will not be able to put it down. I was hooked from page one. I needed more of these two. I feel like this was a pretty mission heavy book, which I loved! There were a lot of details that I thoroughly enjoyed. The connection that the characters had to each other was woven through from the very start and I loved the journey that Sawyer took them on. And the side characters as always were amazing. When they two of them were together the sexual tension and spark was so hot! The relationships with the other characters are always what brings me back for more, and she leaves you eagerly anticipating the next release!

This book draws you in from the beginning and doesn't let go! I love these strong take no prisoners women in this series and Greer is no exception. Even when she's down, she's still a fighter. And her and Ladd, holy shitake are they a match to a flame. There is so much to unload, past mistakes, dangerous rescues, betrayals, bullets flying and clothes coming off and the Jameson crew all wrapped together to make this a must read book.

As always, Jameson Force Security hit the right spot. The balance between action, betrayal, teamwork and romance was perfect.
On top of everything else, this one was a second chance romance, and that's definitely my jam. Ladd and Greer were together over a decade ago, but they were too young to understand how special their relationship was. When Greer ends up captive and disavowed during a mission for the CIA, Ladd is the one who's ready to do anything to save her.
I loved the dynamics both between Greer and Ladd, and between Ladd and his ex-wife (and her new husband).
