The payoff in this volume is huge! Big plot twists, big reveals, and a lot of previously unclear things making sense.

I'm stubbornly refusing to give up on this series because I like the premise and the first few volumes SO VERY MUCH. I'll admit, however, that the last volume or two (which has been fully on point, as always, when it comes to the artwork) has felt a smidge wandery. That said, mythology and teenagers and celebrity culture = I'm going to keep reading it. Realistically, a 3.5 rather than a 4.
