”adam understood, then, that gansey and blue’s awe changed this place. ronan and adam may have seen this place as magical, but gansey and blue’s wonder made it holy. it became a cathedral of bones.”

really enjoyed this one. favourite so far, but i still kept thinking of the dream thieves.

It seemed to take forever and a day for me to complete this book. I'm not sure if it was the book or if it was me, but geesh, this one move slowly. Frankly, I was quite bored throughout most of the book.

Fortunately, about half-way, the pace started to pick up. Still, the story did not becoming interesting until last fourth of the book. Until this point, I lost interest in the characters; did not care much for them. Fortunately, due to the increased pace and a plot line that finally became interesting, I did once again find interest in the characters and renewed my liking of all them. And, I am also happy to report that there were some intriguing and important plot twists. Whew!

I am once again pumped up to read the last book to see how this series tidies up. But I do have reservations, I hope The Raven King will live up to its hype.

I don't really know why I didn't like this one as much as the others. I think it was because some parts just came out of nowhere. There were parts that the author talked about something that I didn't even recall. Overall, it was yet another faNTASTIC addition to an amazing series. I'M HYPED.
