After reading Love and Other Words I thought I should give another of Christina’s books a shot to see if I liked her style or just one story. I really liked the story of Love and Other Words while thinking the characters came off in a sort of off way, by the twist at the end though I was eating it up! The same thing happened here with the slight exception that I felt that Millie was handling things very immaturely, there was a point when the situation should have become moot and she isn’t honest and that annoyed me for a lot of the book. On the other hand though Reid is very level headed and handles things much more like an adult. Those being said, all is explained and ironed out by the end which was thoroughly riveting.

Friends to lovers. Catfishing and everything in between.

This book was fantastic. Light hearted romance with a small pinch of smut. I loved the friend group vibe and the relationship between Millie and Reid!

This book was an easy and romantic read for vacation. I basically read it in a day. It made me laugh out loud a couple of times. I would definitely read more of this authors stuff.

I hate the ones centered around big fat communication issues.

I mean, I'm being generous with a 3. It's really a 2.5 for me, but I can't in good faith give this book a two. The concept is good, but man, everyone is so freaking boring. Except for Rayme. Where's Rayme's story?
