I remember reading this back in the day and thinking it was amazing, although I guess part of that was in comparison to the Armor Cap story that preceded it. Reading it now, it’s dated and hokey, plus it gets derailed by a super crappy crossover in the middle where the 90’s are in full display. So in today’s terms, it was an okay mixed bag.
