What a great book, not only wonderfully written but also visually engaging. Oskar was such an innocent narrator, and the perspectives of his grandparents were equally intriguing. I will be recommending this to as many people as I can.

2.5 ⭐️ - Ultimately a story about grief, and as someone who has resonated with grief themes lately, I’m surprised I didn’t like this more. I think the quirkiness of how the book was written often distracted me, and being 2 decades and half a country away from 9/11 made it hard to remember the weight of the event. Beautiful ending though!
