When Kate's love interest tells her he is going to Vegas to get married, she chases after him. She's able to interrupt the wedding in time... but it's the wrong wedding. Kate then gets an unexpected proposal that spins her life in a new direction.

Kate is hopelessly in love with her co-worker. She goes to Vegas to stop the wedding but interrupts the wrong one. Instead she ends up married to Chad. The situation gets more complicated than it seems on the surface and you wonder how they can end up happy. We only see Kate's POV so we don't know what Chad is thinking. I wished there was a little more to it because I didn't want it to be over so soon. Perfect for a quick romance fix.

Wrong Place, Right Time is a sweet romance with the added bonus (at least in my eyes) of being a marriage of convenience story—my favorite! It's pretty short at around 150 pages and can be read in an hour or two.

I loved Kate's story and her courage to pursue her dream. I do have to say, though, that I think this story would have been better served in a full-length novel. I would have loved more time to see Kate interact with Chad and his family. The ending especially felt a bit incomplete—everything wrapped up really quickly. But overall, I really liked Wrong Place, Right Time, and Williams is quickly becoming a must-read author for me! 3-1/2 stars.

I almost stopped reading after a few chapters because it seemed cheesy, but I'm glad I didn't. If you're looking for a light hearted, fun romance, this is a great quick read. I'm not a fan of explicit or steamy sex scenes, so it was nice and refreshing to find a modern romance that didn't have to have that element as part of the story. Wish it had been longer so the characters could have been fleshed out.
