Insightful and useful but dated. David Packard and Bill Hewlett created an amazing company that contributed substantially to the progress of the 20th century.  Since this book was published, both the company and the business atmosphere has changed, largely eclipsing the situation Bill and Dave left behind.

It's a great book if you are looking for small bits of wisdom here and there and for sure, it is not like those other ordinary biographies that I have seen and read because the author is mostly talking about the various ways he influenced and the "HP Way" Influenced his working life up and until 1994

It is a lucidly written, easy to read, first-person narrative. Some business lessons are timeless, got insights that I could use in my organisation. Also, good to read the story from the Founder's perspective. Recommended for people in management.
