These beautiful and sometimes wistful stories set off a longing in my heart for my native hometown of Memphis Tennessee. They are filled with music and made me want to dance again and I have not danced in a long time. Ms. Thomas is a deeply gifted writer and a natural storyteller and I will tell you, once I picked up this book it was real difficult to put down. Just good stories and good reading . . . good stories for people who appreciate good stories. Recommended very much.
