I put "really liked it" but it's not entirely true. The story about the little guy and the asshole baker and the wheel barrow broke my heart and traumatized me for life but I do relish guilting mom for reading it to me. And my edition has beautiful pictures. I also respect it for making me remember it forever.

Classic fairy tales with an Oscar Wilde brand of wit. I was surprised I recognised two of the stories; The Happy Prince and The Selfish Giant. I remember both of these from my childhood and they were both favourites, especially The Happy Prince, but I never realised who wrote them. This ended up being a nice little nostalgic Sunday read.
