harley is so smart and amazing. and deserves so much better!! joker is such a meany, jesus. although I can't really take this version of him seriously. too silly. the cartoonish style is so different from the superheroes of today, but I much prefer this fun feeling than the seriousness of the films

I think that this was a fine story about harley Quinn and the Joker I loved the fact that it gave some of harley quinns's backstory and showed how she, and the Joker started to work together. If this was my first time hearing this story it probably would have recieved a higher rating, but since I have heard this story and can't place where I've seen it before it gets a 3.5 star rating from me.

I enjoyed looking through the book just for the artwork! I haven't colored any of the pages yet because I enjoyed the art in black and white!

A surprisingly grim, surprisingly adult origin story that made it into a TV show primarily aimed at younger audiences.

4 stars. I'm a horrible person, I know, but I love Harley and The Joker. That's terrible to say given the circumstances of their relationship but damnit I love them. This is such a great origin story on Harley and I love how she became Harley Quinn. The artwork was a lot of fun and lively, the dialogue was perfect and this read like a short episode of an animated show. I loved the ending and how open it was. My only complaint is that the pacing was a bit rushed so it didn't feel as fleshed out as it should've been but overall, a great read for Harley Quinn fans.

This was a pretty good little 72 page book. I read it to brush up on the Harley Quinn character before the suicide squad movie comes out this year. It's a pretty fun story although nowhere near as gritty as the movie will be.
