The book is a very clear guide, well explained and the set-up has a very nice structure. The personal stories about the sales illustrate his examples very nicely and make it more fun to read.

I would have given the book four stars, if it weren't for your generalisation in your countries. Especially on page 115, where you refer to "Holland" for the Netherlands, claiming that "It's really the Netherlands but Holland will do". I find this a very ignorant and generalized concept for someone who goes to great lengths to explain the difference between England and the UK. The difference is clear - Holland are two provinces in the Netherlands. I'd suggest some more research about the countries, especially since this is not the only generalization you make.

I'd say the book is very interesting but some research and less generalizations would make it even better.
