There are some nice ads although I wonder why they let competition to D&D advertise in it. A LOT of ranting, complaining and arguing. Seems Gygax was fully against Critical Hits, Weapon & Skill "Feats"/Expertise and Spell Point Systems--all things that were added at some point in the game. A contributor, Charles Sagui, writes why Magic Users can only use a dagger and Clerics cannot use edged weapons.

There is an article about an NPC only class that could be used to kill off players because they deserve it and an article on making monsters more powerful to kill treasure loving players. Oops, I mean "challenge" them.
