Mom leaves Dad and the two kids "alone," and they promptly break the first, then the second, of her two rules. Way to be a consistent parent, Dad. And even though she saves the day in the end, way to cast Mom as the only authority in the house, one whose rules "we" take joy in disrespecting. Bleah.
