Another great installment. I have to say this may be my favorite so far. I am really enjoying this series. I might have read more as a kid if I had books like this.

Great addition to the series!! Am now anxious for the next one -- sounds like our hero Angleberger is going to tackle the greatest evil in the universe -- killing our children's love of learning with overdone test prep. Down with Jabba!

I love these books. I find them incredibly hilarious and sweet, but now it also looks like they're about to tackle major school issues like standardized testing. I love it.

These books just crack me up! Harvey is the smartest bully ever, and makes me laugh. I really enjoyed Sarah's Han Foldo!

Though I enjoyed this one, it was probably my least favorite. With so little of Dwight acting weird, I found it to be much less funny.

I miss Dwight!!! This book had way less Dwight than normal and it's just not the same without his weirdness.

I'm finding myself enjoying the characters now and there's a proper story arc developing.

Such a fun series: got this one out just in the time take on vacation (not just for me, Josh LOVES this series). Loved the title, storyline was solid, and the wookiee looks fun to make. I've never heard of them being called cootie catchers, but totally used them in middle grades! Definitely need to read Darth Paper first.

I was a little surprised when I heard that the Origami Yoda series was going to continue after [b:Darth Paper Strikes Back|10803806|Darth Paper Strikes Back (Origami Yoda #2)|Tom Angleberger|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1328766873s/10803806.jpg|15717191]. After all, it had ended pretty decisively with Dwight leaving the kids at McQuarrie for private school. How can we have Origami Yoda without Dwight? Well, in this third book in the series it becomes clear that while Origami Yoda might be gone for now, the Fortune Wookiee and Han Foldo are here to do the job in his absence. And it's still all kinds of awesome.

I could nitpick a few points if I really wanted to regarding the strength of the plotting and the sensibility of the casefile format, but honestly no reader on the planet is going to care about these things. It doesn't matter because Angleberger is so darn smart and funny in his writing. If you haven't picked up this series yet, go and grab [b:The Strange Case of Origami Yoda|7150174|The Strange Case of Origami Yoda (Origami Yoda #1)|Tom Angleberger|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1328813137s/7150174.jpg|7415356] today!

There is a very strong indication that there will be a fourth book in the series coming (I assume) sometime next year. There have been hints in his past books that Angleberger wants to talk a bit more about the school system and its flaws, and Fortune Wookiee and its impending follow-up definitely do/will get a bit more into that. I'm excited to see how Tommy, Dwight, and some Star Wars origami will save McQuarrie Middle School in the next book.

Another entertaining book with life lessons and lots of laughter. The origami instructions add to the fun.
