This series keeps getting better and better. Where is Brenda Nevins headed now?? How many more victims will she have before they find her?? The dynamic between birdy and kendall is my absolute favorite. They compliment each other so well. Im a little concerned on where Josh Anderson disappeared too though. There is still just as much suspense in this book as there were in the last three. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, theres never a dull moment and this one had so much murder in it I couldnt believe it. Theres always a story within a story in these books and I absolutely love it. Im sad that I only have one more book in the series and a short story. I dont want it to end. Would make a great tv series!!

It has been a really long time since I have read anything by Mr. Olsen. So when I had the chance to read this book I jumped instantly on the chance without a second thought. The Prologue hooked me right away. Then after that the story was fine. Just I kept reading. It was not until I was about twenty two chapters in that I was wondering when the story was going to start. What I mean by this is that Brenda was the only person of any real interest. Everyone else including Birdy and Kendall bored me and unimpressed me. Plus all of the other secondary characters got on my nerves. After a while longer of reading this book, I jumped to the ending, which was so, so.

I am saddened by this book. Not the author's best showing. Luckily I have read other books by this author and so I know just how good of an writer Mr. Olsen is.

I am loving the series but didn't love this one as much as I did the first book in the series. I will continue but didn't feel as connected to the characters in this one. 3.5 Still.
