In a one-sentence nutshell:
The illustrations are bright and cheery (loved the little tigers' poofy manes when they get out of the tub), but the text was written in a strange tense - which would make it a tricky read-aloud. The gist is that "No one does (fill in the blank) better than mom," but sometimes the wording gets confusing. Meh.
