I love Heartleigh’s imma make it work demeanor and she also has a heart of gold. When you meet Levee he gives off grumpy but needed the right woman to soften him up! I don’t want to say too much because it’s a novella but this story was so cute! My take aways from reading this is love comes around in the most unique ways and also God sends the right person at the right time to help you out, no matter what it is.

This is another instalove story by Grey and this one I enjoyed thoroughly. I was introduced to this author through her Eisenberg Series and they were all phenomenal. As I try to get caught up on the rest of her catalog some of the others have been hit or miss.
Heartleigh is down on her luck bad. Her roommate and crackhead boyfriend stole all her electronics, over $7,000 in cash, and left her to pay $1895 in rent. On top of that six weeks later the restaurant where she worked burned down. Hartleigh is at her wits end and as she’s waiting for her pot dealer at a local café, she purchases a muffin and is down to her last $5. While waiting on her order she hears that the handsome customer behind her has left his wallet. His order comes to $4.22 and Heartleigh hands over her last $5 to help him out. Before leaving the café she receives a random Airdrop. The note says “Heartleigh, Call me if you’re ever in need. Levee Billion”. Heartleigh is shocked that she didn’t recognize him. He is one of the three Billion boys and a millionaire. Still unbelieving as she arrives back at her apartment, maintenance is removing all of her belongings. So now not only is she broke and jobless but she's now homeless as well.

Only two things caused me heartburn with Heartleigh and this story. First this man has given you a life line and the request that you makes to him. Secondly, Heartleigh gets upset and flees when she finds out that Levee will receive an inheirtance whenever he marries. Did this chick forget that this man was already a millionaire when she met him and if it was just about receiving his inheirtance that in a 20 year timeframe he could have eaisly married someone else? You really thought he was using you?I've revealed enough, enjoy!

Such a cute story. Heartleigh & Levee both had their issues & learned & loved each other through it all. Even with misunderstandings they overcame.

So I love Heartleigh and Levee!
This was such a sweet love story! Being that I’m a psychologist, I picked up on Levee’s condition before it was revealed but I love that Heartleigh’s love was powerful enough to help him. They both deserved unconditional love and it doesn’t take forever to find it.
