Bulletproof Problem Solving: The One Skill That Changes Everything by Charles Conn, Robert McLean

Quite a useful framework, with plenty of examples and guides to using the framework. The last three chapters were considerably less useful. And as is often the case written by people from 'the firm' the book felt like an extended advertisement/hagiography for how great McKinsey is, and in general there was a lot of self-referential content that was largely distracting.

I’ll admit I skimmed some of the later chapters and case studies, but the early chapters are a really good breakdown of problem-solving fundamentals.
