Four generations of women who all experience some sort of trauma so there might be some subjects that could trigger. I enjoyed this writers style of writing and I wish I was able to read more and get to know the characters more. There is a few large jumps from one year to the next so we as readers don't get to know the characters in between.

I enjoyed this deep dive into the women of Opulence. The stories were beautifully crafted, and linked together. Wilkinson shared portions of these characters in Water Street. I loved the easter eggs. She specifically mentions kitchen ghosts twice, and her current release is all about the kitchen ghosts in her own life.
