Not for the faint of heart. Don't read in public.

Graphic nudity and sex. The illustrations and collage work are really interesting to look at, but the anatomy is frequently very warped. The writing is iffy in that this is the kind of story that requires exposition that was not given. A lot of characters are introduced in this volume, some of whom look similar. It gets confusing.

The story concept itself is compelling: prostitutes that steal organs and an orphan looking to find a new heart for his sick sister. But adding that there are aliens and wizards and themes of quantum physics, with very little exposition, makes it hard to understand. Unfortunately not compelling enough to make me want to read more and understand better.
