I thought I might think I'm no longer like Catherine Morland than when I read this the first time. I'm older, and far more cynical. Perhaps I wouldn't 'get' her as well. Maybe she'd annoy me.
Nope, because apparently, that person who takes people at their word without question, who believes in the best of people, wants to do good by everyone, who reads too much, thinks too much...that person is still very much in me.
