I'm so glad she shared her journey with the world, and through the lense of humor! I'm also a judgemental non-hoverer hahaha!

This is a great totally honest description of Samantha’s transition and is a great eye opener so that non-trans people can understand how much occurs on that journey.
Trans awareness through works like this are amazing and hopefully will make more people understand that LQBTQ people are not a different species.

Fantastic. I sat and listened in only two chunks while working because I couldn't stop listening.
My trans sister recommended I listen and I'm so glad she did. While already an ally before she came out, it's nice to hear a little more about a community I'm more involved in.
Samantha manages to mix humour with some serious topics and I would suggest anyone who has the slightest interest in entertainment, LGBTQ+ issues or just general good writing should listen.
If more anti-trans folk listened to people's experiences like this, they'd likely change opinion and we'd make a better world.

A charming story of the author's gender transition. An important perspective to hear!

This was both hilarious and informative. The author does not shy away from the negative experiences, but at the same time does not leave you feeling hopeless. As the mother of a transgender teen, I am glad I read this. It was helpful, I learned some things and even though all transgender experiences are not necessarily alike, her story gave me some insight into the process and experience of living as a trans woman. I wish I could thank her for writing it!
