The second in the series, this book continues to provide a wide variety of fairy tales, representing everyone across the world.
It was great to read some familiar fairy tales mixed in with some unfamiliar ones, but see the similar strains running through so many.
I particularly appreciated how the book is divided up into different types of characters, to allow the reader to get a sense of how some characteristics might be seen differently across cultures, and what common lessons are shared.

Hells yes. This is a great collection and the notes at the end about the stories and where and when they were collected as well as known local variants on them made it that bit better.

I loved these stories, and so did my son.
