In light of the last TAZ arc, Carey does a great job at sprinkling in more hints to the ending than the podcast was able to. This graphic novel keeps the structure of the podcast intact, while refining what made it so brilliant in the first place.
Magnus' character arc in this volume particularly always hits me right in the feels. It's fantastic.

This installment in the series has been their most ambitious yet I feel like and I think it is well worth the read! Granted it's kinda hard to jump in without the context of the other books but I'd still recommend the series and this story as a whole!

I also adored the found family element of this book. The little chatty, bantery moments were aplenty between the MCs which brought this trope to life.
