Not bad per say, just boring. There is not much to the storyline other than horny people seeking help from a female pimp who then directs them to their lovers.

Through the love drama between Calisto and Melibea, the play offers a stark depiction of the society and morality of the time. Although some of the themes and plot may be challenging for modern readers, the depth of the characters and the complexity of the story remain captivating.

Interesting. Read for research in regards to the Spanish Golden Age. Celestina is a fascinating character.

The Spanish precursor to Romeo and Juliet, pretty much, and as with the Shakespearean play from almost a century later, I'm a sucker for these stories. So were Renaissance folks, if the success of these plays is anything to go off of.

Es divertida, pero al tener que leerla por obligacion no me ha encantado.
