Weird, confusing, but fun. Do not recommend if sensitive to gore or blood or violence, because there is wayyyyy to much of it.

Honestly a bit of a confusing mess. I can definitely see that the overall intent is to expand the universe of UA in interesting ways but I ended up feeling more than a little lost throughout.

Maybe my favorite of the volumes so far? If only for the Hotel Oblivion as a setting and the Murder Magician’s subplot; that was exactly my cup of tea. But I wish there was so much more!!! Wisconsin mentioned I’m excited to learn more about Jennifer next volume.

This was my favourite so far but I really expected this to be the end of the series with some sort of conclusion...which it just didn't have. The style of this series is still just a bit too random for me!

3.5 - my least favourite of the umbrella academy collections. i think there’s too much action for my tastes, and there are so many sloppily introduced/developed characters.

I didn't like this one at all. I didn't know what was happening anymore. It was gibberish to me. So I'm not best reviewer of it; maybe someone who understood what was going on liked it. But too all over the place for my tiny brain
