This is a 1-star for me, not because of the strange Christian propaganda. What am I talking about? God isn't mentioned? No, but she is a virgin and he is not, they are meant for each other, bad marriages are ones where people are not faithful, good marriages are those where you are faithful and fall for each other afterwards, God kills all the "bad" people. Spoiler the 80-year-olds die and they go to heaven. Like this book is average at best but if you are a Christian lady looking for a Godly spicy book then this is for you I guess. Not really for anyone else.

Overall this was just a lackluster story. There was a lot of repetition and not much going on. When the main character Pippa has more chemistry with the love interests grandfather then she does with him, you know you are in trouble!

Formulaic, predictable and unremarkable but inoffensive and better than the first, in my opinion. "Soiled goods" definitely makes no sense in the contexxt given for it, but.
