A solid issue for the magazine's second run.

My favorite story for this issue was Memories Taste Better When Marinated With Sadness by Feng Gooi. Its about a bartender who instead of selling drinks sells the bottled sadness of people's memories. As she tries changing the minds of the rich and ruling class about helping the homeless and refugees who live right next to them. They revel in the almost euphoric memories but otherwise don't care enough to actually change the status quo.

I think what resonated with me so much about this story is I kept imagining it as an almost sci-fi Venezuela.
