I LOVED this book. I found myself laughing out loud at some parts that hit me in between the eyes, but my heart also was soft for Lexi as she struggled to find her true self. A feel-good read that speaks to women about appreciating oneself for oneself. Higly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good "chick lit" novel!

Nice, easy read. What I really liked about it was how informational it was about exercise, health, clean eating, etc. in a roundabout way. Perfect for someone just getting started to the whole world of nutrition. I also liked how it stressed the real reason for losing weight. Bradley was a bit too good to be true and as another reviewer mentioned, I couldn't get Ryan Gosling out of my mind every time he said, "girl" to Lexie lol. But he worked for the point of the story.

Perfect kick off to my summer readings! While it deals with binge eating and food addiction, it was very light and fluffy at times.

This book is so enlightening! It is a journey of a young woman finding herself and struggling with the frustration of not liking herself as she is and trying to rebuild herself. It will hit you on many levels and make you take a look at yourself with new eyes!!

I LOVED this book! Lexie is so relatable and inspiring. I love that even though she began her journey for the wrong reasons, the author did a great job of placing the right characters at the right place and the right time to show her exactly what she truly needed to see. And the best part...what Lexie learns is 100% accurate! No one should be defined by the number they see on the scale. How you feel both physically and mentally are the true indicators of a healthy lifestyle. I can't wait to read about more members of the Health and Happiness Society!!

Oh! And P.S. This is a great CLEAN read for girls of all ages!!
