Good read with an interesting universe

The universe is earth recovering from years of devastating strip mining and global warming. Everyone who benefited from the mining left the planet for other systems. Now earth is back for revenge.

The book was a good read and I look forward to more in the future.

I have really liked the Odyssey One series and read a number of other books as well from Evan Currie. I was not disappointed with this new series as well. I really like the new setting, the worldbuilding, and the usual witty dialogues. The book did have a number of annoying typos and other errors mentioned in other reviews, which were a little distracting, but it was still very much worth it. I would really like to follow the story of the main characters but I cannot seem to find any information on whether there is any news about the second book coming out in the foreseeable future. I really hope so. 4.5 stars rounded up, and that's because of the lack of proofreading.
