I'm invested enough in the plot (who killed Violet?) to continue reading. I just wish there was more plot and less sex...
The kinks they explore are not anything I'm into... but whatever I'm already 2 books in and I can't return them so I'm going to finish.

SPOILERS!!!!!
OKAY what tf did I just read….in the best way possible. I kinda forgot that this series was technically erotica because the first book was tame compared to this one. I felt like every chapter they were fucking…. I mean I didn't have a problem with it but damn. Then don’t get me started with the scene with Silas. Homegirl is living her best life. What I didn’t expect was the lore about what happened the night her cousin died. The fact that he fucked that annoyed bitch from town in front of her is DIABOLICAL. I also don’t know how she would have dealt with it any better had she been married when he told her. I’m glad miss girl stood up for herself and decided to leave. I also couldn’t believe that she did have family and he was hiding that from her. The fact he thought she would be fine with all of this post marriage is wild.

I truly love this narrator, and how she voices men during spicy scenes
