Nothing new

This book presents much of the same information of other books I've read but good reminders to keep the ideas in the forefront if you're looking to develop healthier habits. Stuff you most likely already know but presented in quick easy to read chapters with some easy action items to build momentum.

This book was great in providing a different perspective at creating better habits. It will definitely be something I continue to look back too.
