This had so much potential in the beginning. I really loved the first POV and enjoyed most of the second too. Even though I think there was quite a good build-up but eventually the romance was kinda meh. Then it just went on and on and I didn't really care anymore

this one was weird and intense, sort of in the way you think relationships are supposed to be when you’re, like, 14. there was like -2 character development and absolutely no explanation of the supernatural side of this story, which would have been interesting...

What a strange and unique take on the afterlife and versions of hauntings. In all honesty, I almost DNFed this at about 30%, it was uncomfortable to read and I was not expecting for a book about ghosts to be so deeply sexual? But it was so short I decided to persevere until at least half, and I suppose I’m glad I finished it but don’t think I would’ve been sad if I didn’t. I much more enjoyed the second half and the direction the plot takes but it can’t completely make up for how we began.
