This funny story about a colony of mice that start living in a girls tangled hair would make a great storytime read. The was some really great vocabulary and it addresses a common problem, little girls wanting long hair but not wanting to brush it, in a fun and lighthearted way. I loved that the girl came to the conclusion to brush her hair on her own and the parents were barely in the book.

Very cute... I can think of a few parents who could use this book! Gorgeous illustrations.

I love the illustrations! The story was cute, but the logic (tangled hair = mice) just didn't work for me. :)

The dreamy illustrations of a young girl who refuses to brush her hair will make any young child think twice about giving up this grooming step. Mice take up residence in her locks which is all fine and good until they start bossing her around.
