Down for the premise but oddly unimaginative in execution.

This is by far one of my favorite books ever. The ending had me at uncontrollable tears.

Tuck Everlasting is an all time classic. I remember reading this when I was only 13 and I fell in love with it. 8 years later, I pick it up, and it is still one of my favorites. Natalie Babbitt has a way with words saying so little but meaning and picturing so much. The simple story of a young girl and a "never-ending" life decision has you wondering even after the story ends. It's a satisfying read and teaches a heart-warming secret that is unforgettable.

I liked it and didn't like the book, all at the same time. I like that the book made me think... In the beginning, middle, and end.
I didn't like the jail part. It seemed to me that the author needed a problem and manufactured that one. After all, what could anyone do to people who can't be physically harmed.
Currently I am wondering how I feel about Winnie pouring spring water on the toad. I'll think on that for a while.
I'd like to add that Winnie's crush on Jesse was endearing and it's a very romantic notion for a young girl to imagine that a boy might want to be married to her literally forever.
The author did a great job of making me fall in love with the Tuck family.
