Thank you so much to Kate for allowing me to be part of her ARC Team and sending me an advanced ecopy of Bypass the Stars!

Whilst i've rated this one three stars I actually do think this is my favourite concept of Kate's that i've read so far. I really enjoyed the idea of the multiple worlds and how this was both explained and dealt with as the plot went on. I loved Frankie; I felt so sorry for her but there are also times where you just want to shake her. Being raised by her parents it's a wonder she's ended up as kind and caring as she is! Jord was delightful; I love that overall he was just trying to protect Frankie from becoming her parents, knowing that it would be the absolute worst for her.

Kate is always good at taking us on a journey in her books; unravelling the plot and threads as we go and this story was no different. I love the little twists we got as the book went on and it makes me really intrigued to see where the story is going to go.

The reason I rated this book three stars is that for me, it felt a little slow at times. There was a lot explored in this book but at times the pacing just felt a little off. Also, i'm not one who reads a lot of sci-fi so I did struggle to keep what was going on on straight in my head. But I did really enjoy it and can't wait to see what happens in the next installment!
