anna_hepworth's review
I was reading this as a judge for the Aurealis awards; I stopped reading at the point I was sure that it wasn't going to be a contender for my shortlist.
This story did not hold together as a coherent narrative. I would allow some amount of unreliable narrator, but there was a point at which I no longer cared for the characters, and the plot/story were not sufficient to keep me interested.
